Within Europe

I charge the following shipping fees:

• Within Germany: 4,90€
• All other European locations: 7,20€

I ship my packages with Hermes, DHL or Deutsche Post. After every order you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Worldwide Shipping

I offer shipping with DHL Go-Green to all destinations outside of the European Union. 

For Switzerland and Norway: 18,00€
For all other locations: 22,00€*

*Please note that I do not sell and ship our products to the United States.

Returns

I offer a 14 days return policy to all customers within Germany and Austria. Please note, that I do not cover costs for the return.

Should you like to return your item, please send an email to contact@nyra.design. Please note that you must return the items either in the same box it was delivered in or another one with dimensions no bigger than 60 x 30 x 15 cm.

 

RETURNS WITHIN THE REST OF THE EUROPEAN UNION

• Return the package to me to the below address.
• I strongly recommend you use tracked postage.
• I do not cover the shipment costs for returns.
   

RETURNS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

I do not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union at this time. Should you be dissatisfied with your order, please contact me at contact@nyra.design. I will try my best to find a solution.
